headlight height?

got pulled over the other day, the officer was being a complete ass hole kept asking me about drugs and ****...but all in all he made the biggest deal that my head lights were to low to the ground? is there a specific height they have to be from the ground?

In Delaware, title 21 section 4333(c) states that every headlight measured from the center of the light shall be no more than 54 inches nor less than 24 inches off the ground.

Have I ever seen this enforced? No.

Do I enforce it? No.

I see raised trucks and slammed cars all the time while at work. I look at them to check them out, not to see what I can pull them over for. Maybe that's because I'm a car guy though

Where were you pulled over?
