Passed a red, I think it was an E30, looked slammed and sounded real nice. The guy had a mohawk and shades on. Possible girl in the passenger seat. It looked like it had a lip of some sort on it too.

i'm thinking it's the turbo one i've seen as well.
There also a old head who drives one with some type of roll bar setup that i see in the bucks county area a lot to with jersey plates

ive seen the turbo e30 off bristol rd before looks and sounds nasty, maybe that was him

Yep. That is the E30 M3 with an S38 Turbo.
