Looking for a quote for a 3" cat-back for my 2003 GTI. I have a muffler to provide. Will need two o2 bungs as well. Let's get 'r done.

What is your idea of reasonable? A custom 3" exhaust isn't going to be cheap. You didn't specify if that request was stainless or not. A stainless tig welded exhaust isn't going to be cheap. No matter how you look at it. A mild steel mig welded one would be cheaper. Did you want all mandrel bent piping?? Etc etc etc
