On the turnpike today....

So i'm coming home from work today on 276, everything was normal cruising at 80 in the left lane. There was a MDX in front of me and a escape in front of the MDX. All the sudden smoke starts coming out of the escape. Then a lot of smoke, I could smell burning oil so I assumed it wasn't going to be pretty. She pulls over and I follow her, I saw it was an older black lady so she wasn't going to know what to do. I pop the hood and her oil filter is in a million piece's. She said she just picked her car up from Pep Boy's, she said she heard a loug bang and then while turning off the road the motor turned off so I can only assume that it is seized.. I couldn't help to laugh. I told her to call the cops and tell them what happened and to stay away from the car because it could possibly catch on fire. She said thanks for all my help and told me I didnt have to stay. When I was about to pull out I noticed my windshield was dirty so I hit the wipers, smeared everywhere. Got out and looked at my car and there is oil all over it, I'm pissed!!

No good deed goes unpunished, man. I'm glad that I'm not the only one that still pulls over to offer assistance, so props to you, but sorry about the whip.

Anyway, i had oil al over my car once when some guys transfer case broke in a wrangler infront of me. I forget how I drove home, but it was like I was wearing beer goggles. Everything was blurry and distorted lol

I fail to see how he was being ignorant rather than descriptive....? It wasn't like he was like, "So I pulled up on this old (racially insensitive adjective) hoe and her ass was like, "What's up, (racially insensitive noun)?"

'Nah mean? I'm not coming at you or anything, man, I just don't think that color had any issue and putting the word "bl*ck" in, or leaving it out, would have made much difference in the story.

props most people wouldnt do that kind of thing for a person. not to thread jack but talking about you car covered in oil reminded me of how are boat got covered in trans fluid while we where towing it and the trans exploded. i took forever to clean the boat since it got all over the seats and whatnot

Wow, turnpike sucks, I was driving 276 east this morning. My car was just washed yesterday, in the garage all night and finally driving it. OLD BITCH WOMAN, puts her coffee out the window at like 70mph and dumps it. My car is covered, i just put my hands up and she finds the nerve to flip ME off.

I hate people.

Wash that car man, nothing good will come of that.

if that happened to me i would have.. i have personally used that "report agressive dirving" hotline many times. then i follow the person with the police on the phone so i can watch them get pulled over. its fun haha
