Looking for a Honda Tech in Newark/Wilmington, DE

I picked up a factory remote start for our 2008 Civic EX-L and will be installing it this week. The final step of the install is to register the remote start using the Honda diagnostic system (forget what it's called). Hoping I can toss one of you guys like $20 to do it on the side instead of paying the dealership itself an hour of labor for 10-15 minutes of work.

Of course if I'm mistaken in the amount of work to do something like that, tell me to STFU noob...haven't read the directions super closely, just browsed through them and that was the last step. As far as I understand, I can install everything and the car will work fine afterwards, just that the car won't recognized the remote start until that final step.
