Well my Mark VIII is totalled :*(

So I'm out with my buddy from work and his cousin and we were having a good time and I dropped his cousin off at home and I was on my way home. So I'm pulling up to a redlight and as I'm pulling up the light turns green so I'm making my left turn there and the left turn lane is two lanes. So I'm in the left lane and I see an older Camaro coming up on my right hand side. So as I'm making the turn the guy decides he's going to hit it instead of hang back and as you make the left turn the road goes from two lanes to one. So the guy cuts me off, I smack the brakes and the next thing I know the a$$ end of the car comes around and I smack into a tree. I've had the worst 7 hours of my life because I finally had a car in the Mark VIII that I loved with a passion and now its nothing more then a paper weight. God this sucks so much. I must have a curse against me with Lincoln Mark cars. I had a 1986 Mark VII LSC and a guy blew a red light and hit me and now this with my Mark VIII. I just still can't get over that this has happened.

I know how it feels man. I've been through my fair share of cars. Just keep an eye out, you'll find something to replace it.

Yeah I hope that bitch dies a slow and painful death. But unforunatly it will be damn near impossible to find the guy seeing that all I got from the car was that it was a green Camaro Z28 with an LT1. I saw its headlights and they were the regtangular lights and not the roaunded off one's with that last bodystyle. So the chances of finding that car is slim and none since that would be like looking for a specific Honda Civic. And thanks Mike. Sorry for not calling you guys up more but ish over here is been real busy and his isn't helping my cause either

even if you found him you couldnt prove he was there anyway

even if you could prove he was there he still wouldnt be at fault

the law is very clear that you must be able to maintain control of your vehicle at all times, so unless he physically smashed into you,.. its gonna be deemed your fault. i know it sucks, and im sorry to hear about the loss of the car. the good thing is you are ok and here to buy another one.

Man that sucks, but at least you are still here posting. Obviously I mean that you aren't seriously wounded.

Things will turn out OK, even if you have to finance a new car. I had a Mustang stolen, total loss. Wound up with a brand new Lancer. Things have a way of working themselves out.

Good luck man.
