Got a notice today that my license is suspended due to unpaid parking fine

I got the ticket 8/23 and got suspended today...

lesson learned

So i paid the fines online already but do i have to restore my license and pay the $100 fee???

I tried to pay it through online and it says i dont have any dues.

Anyone with experience with this situation???
