I'd personally look into another clutch setup. Exedy Twin and be done with it if you got the money, the clutchmaster FX series i've seen great results even up to 450whp with great drivability.

Pick up a Megan racing downpipe, even new there very cheap and are made great. Then from there you can find yourself whatever catback you like and not have to overspend for a full quality 3" exhaust.

Their is no need for me to run a twin clutch. This is my DD car and the most HP it will prob see in a long time is 350. The XTSS is a very good clutch kit for what im aiming for.

The twin disc is a great daily driving clutch that will hold a ton of power when/if you step it up. The exedy is very daily driver friendly unlike some others. I really haven't liked the reviews on ACT's lately but i actually just read one on the XTSS that was good. I know some of the other act's on the market are horrible anymore from personal experience and reviews on evom. I'm going to do a little more research on the XTSS and see what others are saying out of curiosity.

One thing i have gathered was to use a OEM TOB not a ACT one & just make sure its properly bled and adjusted.

Thats the one good review i read the other day, going to look for more soon. Seems like the consensus was the XTSS was better then the HDSS which was one of the clutches i heard bad things about.
The XTSS with a street disc properly bled/adjusted and good fluid should be alright then but i'd like to see more then that review to sell me on it since there was a few things i still didn't like in that thread.

MAP is a great vendor i've ordered a lot through them w/o any problem. Care to share who the "other guy" is? Is it a legit vendor? Have you seen people have successful deals with him before? Who brand clutch line?

I'm guessing you spoke with MAP and they hooked it up with that price? I know multiple times i IM'd them and they got me better pricing on everything i ordered.

I would stay with 17's.
Just my own opinion but I would stay with the stock wheels until you have more things.
Overall I love this car I want one but I love my wrx just as much.
Good luck with it!

i really cant stand the stock rims

*edit* going with17x9.5 30 offset. I also have someone wanting to buy the BBS rims. Stock rims have alot of curb rash on them due to the prev owner, really brings the car looks down. If i would repair them it would be 120+ wheel. So why not go with Rota for 87 bucks more?

17's for sure 18s are to big and look stupid plus the additional cost of tires. Rotas over BBS's.........your crazy but i understand your reasoning. I'm curious how bad the rash is, cause it could possibly be easily fixed by yourself & then just have them powdercoated for a new look.

p45's should look good though
