Absolutely beautiful. The only thing I see that's keeping you from High 12's is the exhaust....if you move to a Turbo XS TBE, and getta protune, you'll really be tearing up the tarmac! But thumbs up so far!

Well, that horrible 60' was the result of spinning on bald stock tires. I'm not scared to launch this car. I'm pretty sure I'm in the 12's now...last trip to atco I pulled off consistent 1.7 short times on my new tires... and ran a 13.4 hitting the brakes around the 1000' point in order to avoid hitting 3 deer that jumped out in front of me. 2nd pass I missed 3rd gear bad and still ran a 13.3...wish I had gotten a clean pass...I'm gonna try to get back asap...

Yes I know exhaust will help me alot and allow me to run AP stage 2, but I just need to get a clean baseline pass on stage 1 first...

To answer the other questions:

1.) I dont think that was me at the Subaru FunFest...at least I don't think so...where/when was that?

2.) Yes, the FXT came with those mudflaps stock.

3.) Thanks for the props, I like it, especially considering the tight budget it was built on, I'm not even over $2k in mods yet.

holy crap a DEER ran across the TRACK?! jeebus...

do you guys get the re-92s of death as well?
yes it's safe to say that you're into the 12s with a 1.7 60'... i'd love to see it in person- we usually go as a group... when the track reopens we'll have to go down asap!!

i am amazed that you did all that in under $2k?! who the heck do you know?! haha

Yea, that's what I get for being the first person there, I'm the first person to race (solo run luckily!). After I get back to the staging lanes I bitch at the track official asking why the hell there are no fences up...he says "usually the noise scares the deer away..."

Just another excuse to wifey why I blew $$ on a new exhaust...haha

No, unfortunately we get the Yokohama Geolandar G900 215/60/16

Yea, being that 95% of my mods are OEM parts I just shopped the boards and convinced some STi guys that their stock stuff wasnt worth anything...haha. The only thing I bought new was the rear sway bar (dirt cheap $139) and the 18" wheels/tires ($800 mounted/ balanced/ shipped... clearance at tires.com)

So badass. I love it. Power mods are great (near-12's on an OEM exhaust is awesome), and I didn't know Forrester guys are taking STi suspension bits.

Yeah I love the fact that you can swap suspension pieces like that. The lowered look looks real good on that. Looking forward to seeing it at the track.

NICE car, i have always liked those foresters. They have a mean look when done rite and yours backs up the look with the speed. Keep modding!
