this sucks!!!
so i'm in the Navy and i've been going to school for about a year now and my current shift has me going to school from noon-midnight...i get out with my mind still racing and they expect me to go back to my room and go to bed...i find myself working out, e-thugging on youtube and vigorously masturbating...this **** isn't working...anyone ever have similar problems or any ideas on adjusting...i'm going on 3 weeks now and no signs of improvement...
