just a question..got a ticket in august but just went to court for it last week..i know for 12 months of driving with no incident 3 points come off..so my question is does my 12 months start form when i originally got the ticket or from when we settled in court..thanks in advance

once it hits your record the clock starts, until that point you havnt been found guilty yet
