I'm looking for about 1/3 acre land, somewhat local to Horsham, or up even towards chalfont, and even down in southampton.

If you know of anyone that has a lot of land that they are going to subdivide soon, please let me know!

residential with access to pubic utilities (I don't want my own septic system) 80k if at all possible (I KNOW it's a longshot, but there is no harm in looking). Thanks a lot, let me know if you find anything. You can PM me if you prefer.

Good timing. I'm also currently looking in the Northampton/Southampton area(residential for me). I'll keep you in mind, but need more info on what you are looking for and what you want to spend.

whay would anyone want to live in southampton? full of russians, and the cops there are the BIGGEST ASSHOLES of any town.
