These things were prolly beat to piss by the drivers,but theyd be g to take up garage space,or swap in something else.

idk but a friend of mine just picked up a used undercover cop car as a beater. its got the tinted windows and mirror lights and steelies on it still. havent seen it but i still think its hilarious

yeah that was one of their concerns......"im gunna be pissed though if every time im behind someone they drive super slow cuz they think im a cop"

There is a young kid in Downingtown who has one of those used to be cop cars. Hes such a ****ing tool.... If hes in a parking lot, he purposely speeds up to where people are on the other end of the parking lot, just to do a u-turn and exit from the end he came from...
