You might find an 02 that is all messed up for a lot less or you might find a 92 that is immaculate that cost more.
It comes down to this... it is worth what you are willing to pay for it. You might find some that are cheaper but not as nice. It all depends on what you can live with. Shop around. I doubt anyone is going to be able to tell you it is a good buy or not without even seeing it. But from experience, any Honda with that kind of miles is worth more than most other cars that might be 10 years younger. Hondas are built to run 200k, easy....

The reliability rate and MPG return on that car will be worth the price you pay.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy if all you are going to do is drive from point A to B with the car. Treat it right, and it will treat you right. My 94 LS auto: 185K and still runs like a champ: 33 mpg in the summer.
