So me and a few buddys picked up something we've been looking into for awhile....

It needs some work in the office/waiting room area, as its an old bus station, then was converted to a garage.

Lift is in, air compressor in the basement with all the lines run, plenty of shelving, spring compressor, tire machine, office, big waiting room, and bathroom.

The garage really doesnt need any work except for a good set of tools (will be moved in along with my golf very soon). Basement is kinda creepy, but has alot of storage. Overall, we got a good deal, lots of parking as well.

If anyone's curious, its located right off the palmerton exit. Shop should be open January 1st.

Old sketchy ass desk and filing cabinet.

Replacing the floor.

The jettas not use to being inside lol

We can fit four cars comfortably. Probably will only have 3, as the golf will be in there in the back somewhere getting the bay finished up. Its what all of us have always wanted, so its a good start, small, but good start.

And if anyone is serious, we are looking for a sick welder.

Start off with both. We have a few turbo jobs lined up and also a few basic repair jobs. Are main goal is a full blown speed/custom shop. But in the meantime, well take anything we can get

Insulin, were renting the building, not allowed to rent under someone elses rent.

maybe we can work something out when were up and running. need it just for the winter storage? I could possibly just saying were doing work on it, and you pay me on the side.

Sorry but I have this thing where I can't take anything that replaces an "s" with a "z" and similar intentional misspellings seriously...

And just to get things straight ahead of time, I will try to allow this thread to slide so long as it doesn't even remotely hint at anything advertising or business related, unless of course you're interested in becoming a vendor. That will certainly limit you on the subject matter, but its the only chance to avoid having the thread closed all together.

Thats pretty cool. I'm guessing its right on Delaware ave? My gym is right down the rd next to the Chinese food place across from the church.
