Carb issues

I recently rejetted my carbs on my 09 250r ninja and for some reason between 2-3k rpms it starts bucking and popping but stops around 4k. I've turned the mixture screws in and out and just can't seem to get it to run right. Idk what else to try. Anyone have any advice?

Double check your plugs, maybe they got damaged from running too rich or too lean.
