alright so i figured i might as well make a build thread and keep everything in here instead of clogging up the rest of the forum with my shenanigans haha.

i bought this car back in may 2010 and honestly thought i would hate it

car was in great condition. had around 30k on the motor and 132k on the body i paid 2200 for it all in all. first thing added was a set of 6k hids and some walmart yellow fogs (i know the fogs were dumb)

next i decided to give her a 2 tone and wanted to shave the trunk.

then i picked up an accord rear lip and some American Racing rims and got those on

after that finally got the exhaust done. its a cat back that consists of a cherry bomb resonator, 2 1/4" mid pipe, and HKS Hi-Power muffler

and after 10 months of searching i finally found a pair of 1 piece headlights. what a bitch they were to put on.

and now she sits on a new set of rims. picked up some sportmaxx ssr sp1s and got all the bumper lights amber and im done with the outside of the car for now.

right now im just collecting parts for my h22 swap that should be done this summer. my goal is 200hp and 13 second quarter mile.

B&G springs on kyb gr2 struts.

trying to sell some parts right now and pick up an h22 long block and throw that bad boy in and be happy with it. all in all things are coming together nicely and i plan on updating this when ever i get new parts and such. this is gonna be a long build for me.

A 13 second 1/4 in a 4th gen lude is going to be EXTREMELY difficult (Not impossible).

You're going to need bolt ons including a full race header (I'm talking like Hytech aka big money), significant weight reduction, and slicks.

The H22 transmission really holds the H22 back because the gearing just isn't short enough to make any use of the H22.

A stock H22 4g Lude is capable of high 14's under perfect circumstances to an average of low 15's.

I used to have a 4g h22 swapped Lude, the thing was awesome, but not fast. Hell half the bolt on parts for the car made less power than the car stock.

im not running an h22 trans lol. and i have a little snail to help things(possibly). i know a guy with an h23vtec running low 13s now and he is almost all stock with light mods and an amazing tune. and i might have been in bethlehem i dont member lol

If there's a snail & a probable H2B build, you will be fine.

My buddy just sold an entire 'lude with a h22 running/driving for $700. Def woulda been a nice pick up for you.

awww wtf and you didnt tell me?!?! i see how it is haha. thanks man. also what is the h2b? is that the h series motor with a b series trans cause thats what i thought it was. if thats is what you mean then no im not doing that either. read what i wrote above the ecu im going to be using and youll have an idea. i hope to have all my parts together by the end of the summer but who knows.

been a while since i posted an update. all i have really been doing is building my parts and odds and ends in the car. i painted the tails all red and started a wire tuck and soon to be battery relocation. hopefully all will be done next weekend.

And are those ebay headlights? It took you a year to find them? The black 2 tone paint is so fail.

I've seen 270hp cars in the 12s so its a fair estimate and they are eBay headlights and yes it took a year to find them outside of eBay for a fraction of the price. also the black 2 tone was originally to cover up the clear coat peel but then I just kept it. plan on going champ white eventually. thanks for your opinion though
