robic acutrak???

so ive been having the crappiest week ever. any way i got 3 tickets this week. one was speeding where i was supposidly clocked doing 24mph over limit and the ticket says Robic Acutrak... that's when they time you from one dotted line to another dotted line with a stop watch correct? and if so how do i know the cop didnt hit the button too soon and now just screwed me?

the other two was from a different cop which was in same general area just a different road where i was this time on my bike and i got clocked again (same way) doing again 24mph over... and out of inspection, which my fault for not checking. But also this second one i never even saw the cop and by where the lines in the road are is right where i had been passing semi trailer that was doing about 15mph at the time so how could he have seen me through a truck? plus little wierd both times were 24mph over.

i gotta plead guilty or not guilty to the second one with the semi part withing the next 7 days so i want to look into this one first. Not to mention that he got stuck behind the semi obviously ( they were half in other lane) and he then didn't catch up till about a mile or two up the road where he had 4 other cops pull in front me thinking i was running away. and he got outa the car and started yelling and screaming, cursing and calling me names and saying that if he had been a little closer to me and knew i seen his lights that he would have hauled me in then and there for attempting to evade the police... which leads to my second question... Is a cop allowed to yell, curse and call me names like ****ing moron, ****ing idiot, ****ing stupid ( his exact words) like he did? even though i was polite and cooperative...

last question, should i attempt to fight this second ticket or bite the bullet? i dont know what to do because i cant afford to take the points but that officer went ape crap on me and i really dont think he did that accurately with the timing me...

also i noticed both the tickets say direction of travel was north but the roads are parallel to each other and i was going opposite directions for each one...
