i dont know about that exact engine, but if there are lines running to the header they might be lines for an egr system. they should be metric.

Make sure you spray the hell out of it with some penetrating solvent before trying to remove.

definitely use crc solvent on them to loosen them up a bit, not really sure on the size if you dont have a wrench that works try using an adjustable one

ok on 240s there are 2 O2 and 1 EGr

headers have 1 O2 and
1 EGR tube that tube is ether a 23mm or a 27mm

If the engine is OBDI there is only one o2 sensor, the other two parts on the exhaust will be the AIV which should be below the o2 sensor I believe, and the EGR which will be closer to the top.

EGR - exhaust gas return this is the pipe that should come off the exhaust manifold back to the intake system
EGT - exhaust gas temperature - just what it sounds like, the temperature of the exhaust gases (not usually measured without aftermarket gauges)

Use an adjustable wrench. That's what I do.

I used a 22MM open ended wrench on mine. I had one person pull/turn the heaer in on direction while I tuned the wrench in another. You can also use the O2 sensor socket, and a pipe on the end of the ratchet oth get some extra leverage.
