hey guys, i'm having trouble doing HDR photo's. i took some pictures on saturday which was kind of dumb, since it was low light and there werent many shadows, but i still wanted to try to learn HDR so i can do it on a nicer day.

i have tried three different programs but all of them have not come out better than the original picture that is not over or under exposed.

if anyone has any suggestions on programs to use? techniques? etc?

and here are three pictures if someone wants to try doing it for me

That's a good HDR video for the typical HDR look. I'll give ur pictures a shot, but going by the size of the pictures and the fact that it's in jpeg, i doubt i'm gonna get a very good result. Have the originals that ur able to load to flickr or something?

Definitely need a higher detail picture. Lose too much with the downsizing.

Download Photomatix. They have a free trial version. The free version puts a watermark on the final product, but its a great program. Check it out!

yeah i'm just gonna get photomatrix, i was trying other programs so i didnt have to deal with the watermark but hey, its free.

Make sure when you search for it, type PhotoMATIX, not matrix.
