went to the park today after just getting my 5D. all these shots are handheld and most of them were shot wide open. I have lots more but these are right out of the camera, shot in RAW and just saved/converted to jpeg/resized. let me know what you guys think. again, all these are unedited and i know some are off center so get over it, ha.

5.) This one taken in my basement with the 5D/17-40L @ 17mm (WB is off because i left it on cloudy from the park and was too excited to change it)

lol chaz i hatechu. the 70-200 with the 5D is absolutely amazing. im upset that #2 is crooked but i was too lazy to fix it earlier....it's longs park in lancaster. oh and the build-a-bear is my sisters haha and sorry bout the mess in the basement lolz

oh iso 100 shot with the 17-40L @ 17mm for 1/6s, hanheld. all the others were shot handheld with the 70-200

THanks a lot. I was really unsure of what to expect after doing tons of reading and of course being worried by the naysayers but this camera is simply amazing. it blows my other two out of the water. hand holding the 70-200 became sooooo much easier too!

Thanks man, i really enjoy photography and its been a hobby of mine for a long time. its nice to be able to share with such a willing bunch of people. im looking into a photojournalism job part time right now. hopefully somethin works out.
