Navigation Help!?

So i have had a pioneer avic n2 for about three years now, however, starting yesterday it appears that the gps is now backwards. by backwards i meant when i turn the car left it acts as if i went right on the screen. Then after some time it will re correct my position to the actual location of the car. However, when i make the next turn it goes in the opposite direction. i am not sure how to fix this and would appreciate any advice to what could fix this problem.

yeah that sounds a little weird. maybe try scrolling through some menu options to see if you might have accidentally set something up to make it do that. i know i've mistakenly sent my headunit back into demo mode without trying, and then had it stuck like that because i had no idea how the hell to reset it. lol.

after the typical "duh!" solutions, i guess try calling customer service. either that or search google to see if other people have had the same problem. chances are that if it happened to yours it has happened to someone else too.

besides that, i dunno. lol. weird problem.

check out these links. i google'd "pioneer avic n2 backwards". some of it looks promising. i'd help you out a little more but i don't have the time to sift through the info right now. hope it helps.
