Oh my God..."Please educate me about Turbo"

This is hilarious...link to Vortex thread:
http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4392423

And since Vortex likes to black hole every thread that is REMOTELY funny...here's the post:

Quote:
HI all I have a few questions I was thinking of maybe just maybe but I'm not sure to put a turbo in my car to boost power.
The thing is my car has a 4.0 v8 engine it's a 1994 sc400 and i was thinking that with turbo maybe I can get a little closer to the speed of some Mercedes that has Amg engine.
But the thing is I don't know nothing about turbo.
First of all I want to keep everything stock so I don't want to put a loud exhaust or something like that and lower the car and all of that stuff I want to keep the car like it is but only put turbo.
I heard that there are 2 types of turbos.
1 is a turbo charger.
These will go in the engine.
BUt I wanna know where exactly in the engine.
That's the kond that mercedes benses with Amg have.
The other one is turbobooster that I heard go's between the engine and the transmission but you have to take out the engine ANd transmission to install that to begin with.
that's the type the a4 has.
But can that go with a v8?
And second witch one can I even install on an automatic transmission?
I guess the turbocharger because Mercedes Benses with AMG has automatic and they have Turbochargers so it can be done I THINK?
And what excatly is the difference between turbochargers and turbobooster does a turbocharger work ALL THE TIME like the Turbobooster or only when you launch the car?
And I know some people who has turbo has gauges for it but I don't want any gauges I just want to keep everything stock I don't want to look at psi and things like that so witch one is ok for that.
And finally witch one is cheeper because I heard a lot of people saying they put 10 k under their hood but I don't want to spend that one so what's the estimate cost of each one and how long do each one lasts(MILES)
And finally can a turbo work ok without changing the ECU or do I have to change the ECU if it can"t be reprogrammed)
Sorry for all these questions but I'm a little confused because I'm not used to this kind of stuff so that's why I ask.

Cmon that's not real and it's nowhere near as funny as the guy on the Cobalt forums who thought his engine ran the other way when the car was in reverse.
