I wouldn't go for it. I would email him back with "which one of my items for sale are you interested in cause I have many" It looks like a universal cut/pasted paragraph to send out to people with "items" for sale. Also ask him why he can't do paypal or a money order. I've gotten email responses like yours and usually don't get a returned response once I start asking Qs. Like the above..

welcome to craigslist. its a scam!! dont even bothered replying unless you wanna **** with him. ask him where he's from and get his info and then say your going there for vacation and youll personally deliver it lol. think you can handle the rest.
