Red STI in grocery store parking lot in North Philly

Everytime I go to this grocery store with my mom I see some sweet cars... Saw this red STI today and wanted to know why the big spoiler on this beautiful car?

yeah thats an impreza with a stick on hoodscoop. Looks like some philly messican bought it at the repo auction and raided the pepboys down the street.

i think that says apr, but i'm not sure..either way, i know like 150 red sti's were made in 05 or 06. i think aps made them specially. kinda like lingenfelter or hennessey. definitely looks like a glued on scoop though

No, those were ESX models made by ESX to promote their race team. APS had nothing to do with it. nothing like a 45k STi though.
