I honestly don't have an opinion on it. I don't smoke it, but I don't care as to whether my friends do or not. I don't think it's a big deal personally...BUT...regardless of anyone's opinions on the subject, it is still technically illegal...period!

thats pretty much how my rents feel. i know it is and i not one to break the law. but tokin is the only exception. im not an idiot about it either.

Technically it depends where you live, it is not illegal in all areas of the country, and discussion is not illegal either, however it may not be suitable for this section. This should be garbage bin just because

its only legal for medical purposes in 13 states. so its still illegal for regular people to smoke. cali is the only place where its semi easy to get a mmj card. and thats starting to change. if u look at all the statutes and laws regarding mmj in states, its hard as hell to get approved.

I'm not at all talking about medical anything. I'm talking about the purchasing and smoking pot with your average person...that is illegal everywhere.
