with the recent crappy weather i changed the windshield blades on my car and my girls Escape. Problem is, her rear wiper is 10", and I can't find one..WTF?? I went to Autozone and Pep Boys and couldn't find anything smaller than 11". I bought the 11", hoping it would work, but it hits the piece on rear window hatch.

I heard Advance Auto might have them. There is only one in my area, so I'll have to check it out. I might try R&S Strauss too.

Does anybody know for sure of any stores that carry 10" blades? I didn't think it would be that hard to find. lol

this reminds me.... I need new wipers.... and a 10" for the rear too.

thanks man. I'll have to ge tto Advanced this weekend and check it out. Like I said there is only one anywhere near me. Luckily its only about 15 minutes from home. My girls rear wiper is torn and needs to be repalced ASAP, especially if we are going to get the crappy weather they are calling for.

the problerm with 99% of rear wipers is that basic 10 inchers wont work. You need ones with clips designed to wourk with rears.

Trico has a line of wipers designed for the rears of the most popular vehicles, if the Escape is an 08 or newer the pn is 12-E.

older ones you are s.o.l.
