Always wanted one, really liked them when I was a Porsche Tech so I decided I should get one.

Found a killer deal on one, full service history, guy delievered it so I pulled the trigger.

I had actually worked a deal with another seller but he backed out and in the time spent tracking another down and inking the deal the parts I had ordered for the first one kept coming.

Im heading to AWE Tommorrow for a baseline before I throw some boost at fuel at this thing.

As with anything, its not long before I do something to it, the 911 actually made it 2 days before I took a wrench to it

Unknown to me, when we were taking the car apart I found out the car already had a Europipe exhaust system on it....which retails for about 4grand, score.

They make cats so small these days

Cars loud, turbos sound good, this being the first non V8 ive owned in years it took a little to get use to though.

Other goodies

My stuff from AMS and EPL should be here tommorrow so hopefully beginning of next week I can get it all on.

even though 996 is the black sheep of the 911 line, you can deny how much power they can make. if its half the beast your vette is, this car is going to scream. congrats on the pickup. looks good in silver.

996 Turbos are my favorite, when I worked at Porsche I had access to all of the models but the 996TTs were always my favorite. Ever since I was little the image in my head for Porsche was a sliver 911, they always looked classy to me.
