yea i finally got the rental, but was still out of a car for a week. i just cant see how it can be legal to drive a car with a smashed out headlight, my argument was if it wont pass inspection with it smashed out then how can i be able to drive it.

thanks for confirmation that i was right. i thought i was right because this is actually the 3rd time my car got hit while it was parked, and the one time when i took it to the adjuster he asked if it was drivable over the phone and i said yea but when i got there he said actually it isnt because my taillight was smashed out and i just assumed same rules would apply..
