It kinda looks like it was sped up, not sure thouough. I also don't think this is the dogs bark. Its more of how it whines/talks whatever you want to call it, if you've ever owned a dog you know what I mean.

But seriously this sounds like my girlfriend last night when she found naked pics of omgjacki on my computer.
