I know it's pretty far from now, but we should set something up for the spring, early summer. Start planning now, post it on every ****ing 240SX/Nissan/Infiniti forum we can find and let the hype build up to make for the most epic Nissan meet EVER! This way no one has the excuse of, "Oh it's too cold" or "My car is in winter mode" or "I didn't know about it." There's no way people shouldn't be able to come out.

Nah, 4th of July is faaaaaaaaaaaaar. I'm talking like, April. Of course we can have meet between now and then but I want one big BIG one sometime in the April-ish because my car should be ready for summer by then, I hope, and then I can show off Besides, there is nothing I love more than a ton of my favorite cars parked up. Or better... drifting. But we couldn't pull that off unless we rented some place out. Hm... I'm getting too many ideas in my head...

Should just make it a Big Meet. Not just 240's

ehh but then it starts becoming more of an overall Nissan meet like every other meet. 240's are more few and far between than sentras, altimas, maximas, 350z's and even 300zx's so i think a unique 240 meet would be pretty cool. A big Nissan/Infiniti meet for April like Jacki said would be pretty sick too.

If we're really going to do this before the end of the year we need to get a time and a place. Just remember, this year is only a month and a half from being over. In that time we have Freeze Your Tires Off, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. I don't know if a good meet will be possible in that time. There isn't enough notice, for one. It would end up being like, 10 240s. Not that I mind, it's just getting too cold to stand around a parking lot with the same people I see all the time, if you as me. Secondly, I don't see too many people wanting to come out because of the holidays.

I still think we should give it a shot. Thing is... this weekend is too short notice, next weekend is FYTO, the weekend after that is Black Friday and ****'s just going to be nuts. I'm thinking like, December 13/14. That's what we have available. It's far enough from Thanksgiving and Christmas that the city won't be crazy. There isn't anything going on, and it's a month away so it's great notice. But if people really want to get together one last time aside from FYTO then everyone needs to come up with some ideas. I picked the date. Anyone got a place? Well of course, there's Ikea, but if a bunch of 240s are there it's just going to go from a 240 meet to a "Oh,-look...-a-bunch-of-240s-at-Ikea!-You-know-what-they're-doing!" type thing and everyone and their mother will show up and call their boys and their boys will call people and it'll be a mess. I'd rather us do it at a not-so-obvious spot.

Peace Valley park ?? Not far off of 309, GREAT for pictures, spots to bar-b-que and sit down, great place to chill, no way possible to attract idiots, no trouble from cops (just have to clear it with park rangers). Any takers??

Ya true. I do think April would be better. I don't think we can get alot of people to show in the winter. We should do it in April.

Here we go! My man's thinking! Anyone else have any ideas? I don't know of many places outside the city. I know of a few parks, as you^ stated one, there's Ridley Creek Park, FDR and so many others. Lets get a few ideas together and I'll set up a poll after we get some people talking.

It'll definitely be on a Sunday, a lot of people work on Saturdays. Can't tell you how much **** I missed this summer because of work, now I'm off every weekend. Figures.

I'm shooting for April 19th with a rain date of the 26th. The later it is, the nicer the weather will be.

I'm hoping that by planning 6 months ahead of time that guys from all over the place, MD, DE, DC, NJ, PA, CT, RI, NY, MA, all come out. The goal is to have the largest S-chassis meet on the east coast. Lets see if we can pull this off.
