Rumor has it there's one planned or already started in the Downingtown/Coatesville area? Is this correct? Any more info?

They recently opened one in Limerick that place was packed for the first few weeks

Yah I was at the Limerick one before it opened (I was sad) then went the week it opened. Had to wait in line for about 20 mins. Fun times. The Bensalem one is usually packed now too.
