GM max offset ?!

I have a 2004 pontiac grand am gt the offsets range from:

35+- to 42+-

I found this rim on ebay that I like but the off set is:

I'm looking at these rims on ebay.

Wheel Size: 18x9
Bolt Pattern: 5x115
Wheel Offset: +20

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-WH...QQcmdZViewItem

These remind me of a RWD set up so I'm asking before I bid.

whats the max offset 5x115 vehicles can use?

Plus you can beat $200 for new rims.( my new gf damaged my current rims on a curb)

There is no max offset. The question you would have to bring up is strut/spring clearance, ride height, and space inside the fender and your range of alignment options.

240s can cram ridiculous wheels in the space they have because they could also run like 5* of camber. What is the space between your strut/wheel? And how much space do you have before you start hitting fender/quarter?
