i dont know from experience, but i think you should leave the DCCD in auto... it works quite well that way from what i hear.
as far as tire pressures, i've always stuck around 40psi on my 225/45/17s... but i do keep the rears a little higher than the fronts so they will break loose slightly easier and encourage less understeer, more oversteer. bryan

I keep it in auto a few times i have tried to flip it on and leave the dial at rear... but i am not that good and honestly it is easier to predict the car in auto in my opion.

I havent autox'd my STi yet, but from what i have seen on other forums, most people dont ever touch their DCCD, they just keep it on auto at all times.
