On Friday night, there is a special class called Street Legal Drags. They seperate street legal cars into a stick class and and automatic class, making the competition a little more fair! You will be leaving off a regular tree, not PRO tree and it is strictly bracket racing and I believe it's by bracket (14.0, 14.50, 15.0, 15.50, etc...) but I might be mistaken. Either way, it is still bracket racing.

Here's all the info:
Gates open at 5:00
Time Trials start at 5:30
Eliminations at 8:00

Street Automatic:

ENTRY FEE- $25.00

0-24 Cars
Winner-$100
Runner-Up- $50
25-40 Cars
Winner-$150
Runner-Up- $75
Semis- $25
40+ Cars
Winner-$200
Runner-Up- $100
Semis- $50

Street Stick:

You going to be there? I'll have to see my friend is going to be going who is into drag racing and maybe I'll stop out with him.

I'm not into drag racing, though the price money is very tempting for me to try it...

It doesn't matter how fast your car is in a bracket race, it just makes it harder to run the same times.

Did you go? Was it rained out?

I left Knobles around 6:30pm and it was raining the whole way home. I was thinking of stopping by on my way home (as I was so close) but with the rain I decided not too, not to mention that I was up for 30 hours or so... god I hate third shift.

I didn't go because it rained all day, not sure if they got it in or not...went on saturday with the family and my brother ended up winning $5K with the dragster
