Sarge i was on the highway comming home from the mall a cop from spring township was sitting on an on ramp in his jurisdiction. i didnt see him at all until i got off at my exit by this time i was in east cocalico cops jursidiction....i was wondering whats the law on cops out of their jurisdiction? He pulled me over and fined me for window tint 5%. on the ticket of location he put the adress of where he was sitting when he spotted me not at the location i was pulled over and fined at...is this correct? can he do that? and can he chase me into another jurisdiction?
