Guys i need help! Our room mate bailed on us days b4 we move in.

We move in on the 31st of July, unfortunately one of my room mates had a sudden change of mind and will not be moving in with us. So we are in great need of a room mate to fill his spot.

Apartment:
A great spacious 2 bedroom apartment at Seven Oaks apartment complex. You will get your own bedroom. Apartment is located right next to the hospital, in town, blocks away from the bars and restaurants, and about a 15 min walk to the school. Pool. We will have basic cable and high speed internet. $500 w/utilities included.

$500 for everything. You get your own bedroom, your own bathroom, price includes Utilities, cable, internet.

Us:

2 Down to earth 21 year old guys. Clean, respectful, like to have fun, at the same time keep our priorities straight. One is a full time student at West Chester U, the other is employed full time. Just two regular guys who are looking for a room mate because the previous room mate backed out.

You:

Be down to earth, chill, but at the same time be able to take things serious. Be able to pay rent. Be clean. We do not want any drama. If you are a student it is a +++.

We are looking for a room mate ASAP.

not for westchester. They know people want to live there so they can charge whatever. Its a college town, and the utilities are included.

yea unfortunately the towns living cost is ridiculous. Cheap respectable education, but costs a fortune to live there. lol.

Me and 2 of my friends have been planning on moving to West Chester for 9 months now, unfortunately i get a phone call last night at 8pm from my room mate saying that hes out. Im in a situation because we move in on Thursday.

lol no we were planning on sharing a room from the start, the other guy who bailed got his own room because he had a snoring problem and none of us could stand it. So because we dont really have much time we are just give the guys bedroom away, and stay with the original plan of sharing the larger bedroom.

nah im straight that for sure. lol We are sharing the larger bedroom. And the reason im sharing a room with is because we have been friends for 3+ years and i know i can trust him with my stuff in the room, and i know hes not going to me messy and have his stuff all over the place.

Anyways, anyone interested, or know anyone who would be?

Prelude theft rate is just slightly above that of most VW btw. Civics and integras are a different story.
