Someone please help with vf37 install - need parts
I recently sent my turbo to deadbolt to have the seals replaced, upgrade the compressor wheel, upgrade the actuator, and coat both housings. It was shipped out with all of the oil/coolant lines and banjo bolts attached to the turbo and when it came back everything attached to it was missing. I sent numerous PMs and emails, as well as left messages last week and I haven't gotten any responses. This morning's message on Deadbolt's machine was "The shop is closed till Wednesday for shop repairs." I need to source all of these parts ASAP and cannot wait for a vendor who may or may not reply. I called Steve at IA Performance and he suggested I go to a hydraulic supply shop and make them using -4 fittings and flexible stainless steel lines. I don't trust myself to do it right and would rather pay someone to do it right than screw it up. Details about my setup: IHI vf37 twin scroll turbo STI ej257 short block and heads no AVCS Parts I think I'm missing: oil line coolant line banjo bolts banjo seals oil line gasket I'm also not exactly sure of all of the parts I need so if you have any input into this as well that would be appreciated. Does anyone know know where I can find this stuff or what I should do?

you could make them yourself but one thing to be careful about is the size of the oil feed restrictor... it will need to be a certain size to regulate oil pressure and it varies from turbo to turbo.
your best bet would be to probably just try to get all the oem stuff back. i've never known deadbolt to not be reachable so hopefully weds they'll be back around.

Thanks. I was told by Steve at IA they should be -4 AN lines and no mention of a restrictor. Element makes similar lines for running higher power applications to specifically be less restrictive for better oil flow so I'm not sure about that.
