Some recent manifold fab @ JM Fab *56k warning*

Lately things have been pretty busy around the shop for us to even post up what we've been up to lately, but here's a quick update as to what we're getting into these days.

Below are some pics of the first two ever JMF Divided T4 Exhaust manifolds that we plan on adding along to our current line of JM Fabrications products. The first exhaust manifold was definitely the toughest and longest to do since we wanted to make our own design without copying current fabricator's offerings. We also wanted to make sure that even the largest of T4 turbos (such as the GT42) would fit on this manifold while clearing the hood and radiator--at least in a 1g's setup. (A 2g may need to run a 1/2 size radiator or make other accomodations--we're looking into this still.)

Afterwards, our jigs made things a bit easier to put together the second manifold, however you'll see that the wastegate setup is different between the two. The first manifold with single wastegate will probably be the only one we do like that due to the complexity of welding certain areas while pairing the two halves into one wastegate flange. The second manifold is also different by means of how the downpipe exited out the side, per the customer's request, where as the first was rerouted under the oil pan like normal.

Anyways, enough of the talk. On to the pics.
