I've been caught once, mom scared the **** out of me because the first thing she does is scream "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" when I had no idea she was there.

I yelled, fell off my bed, rolled around on the floor, popped up over my bed and went ..."well, WTF do you think I'm doing?"

I was doing a typical history check on one of my friend's computers that he left on and found it clean, then did a system search for videos to see what he'd been downloading and, no lie, found a library of gay porn.
