38mm EWG, and our own custom made 3" Big Maf cold air aka "the longneck"

the philosophy is the same for NA as it is for Turbo... the cooler the air the more you can stuff into the cylinders... yes there is a turbo and an intercooler in the intake stream, but the cooler the air is initially, the cooler it will be as it enters the cylinders as well.
with that said, some people find them beneficial on subarus, some dont...

yes it did... But I will let Ryan release the numbers. Its not bad though. Something about full boost at 3800RPM or something? =)

yeah it ran

the numbers on pump gas were awesome! just as I hoped. BUT, the meth didnt workout as planned. It functioned properly but the nozzle was too small (only showed a 5hp increase) We had the small nozzle in it but it wasnt enough to show a difference. And guess who forgot the other nozzle's

soooooo... she goes back for a retune the 5th. on meth this time :P and yes, we are seeing full boost by 3800rpm. at one point we were on the road test and dropped the pedal, we went from 11psi to 22psi in 200rpm

base pull was 320.80whp 289.16tq

final pump pull at 22psi 383.73whp 365.44tq

we all know the AP is a copy. It works just fine, and if you go on their website it shows exactly what you are getting.

This type of mod isnt for the novice either, being a shop,, we know what needs to be done to make it work properly. As you can see the piece works as it should

I edited this because I dont want my customers to think I am installing garbage. The AP stuff is very nice for the money, just not for the novice mechanic.
