Have our house up for sale and its driving me nuts. Having people nitpick little things cracks me up. We have looked at several houses that were horrible compared to ours. I can't wait til the process is over...im gonna be drinking alot.

Just needed to vent.

Just wait until someone makes an insanely low offer, and then wants more off after home inspections....

The only good thing is that i don't have to move...i don't owe much on the house and i couldn't live in an apartment for what i pay in mortgage payments. I just want a change of scenery
