Well looks like things have gotten so bad at 7-11 that if you dress like a criminal. You can be refused service. Like your buying anything dressed like this anyway.

yea in some town in NJ they are banning hoodies from schools too. The reasoning is that it hides the identity of those who put the hoods up. I think it's kind of odd to go that far but. If it's to make for a safer environment, then so be it right. A lot of people were kind of upset by this though.
