grease should have come with the kit. i got a racing beat rear sway bar and poly bushings and it came with bushing grease.
any grease will do i guess. just make sure u preload the bar b4 u tighten it up. that will cause noises too bud |

I agree that using the normal bearing grease should be just fine. I've used that sticky grease before that comes with those type of bushings, but I've always found that it drys away and ends up squeeking within a year.
