Probably about once or twice a week I see this red 350Z with yellow (at least I think they were yellow) vinals drive down Torresdale Ave. in NE Philly. Sometimes he's with an EVO other times he's by himself. Anyone else seen him or know who it is?

Big stickers of designes people put on the sides, or hood of their cars instead of painting them.

I think that was an alright description. I tried.

what kind of vinyls? if im thinking correctly he bought the car from the dealership like that, does it have the nismo body kit on it? and film tint over the rear tails?

Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I hear him coming and I look in his direction and I see him speed by. I never got a good look of it though.
