Position Available @ LightWerkz

Due to the overwhelming growth and expansion of LightWerkz, I’m currently looking for someone to assist me since it’s becoming impossible doing everything myself (assistant left) and actually trying to make time for other things. Im ready to train the right person ASAP.

Job Description:
Completing orders on the basis at which they arrive at. Duties would include but not limited to the following:
Retrofitting (Head Lights/Tail Lights)
Painting
Clearing
Packing Orders
Answering emails & phone calls & PM’s

Requirements:
-Detail oriented individual
-Strong listening skills
-Must have some experience with cars, lights, design, customer service, etc. Basically I am looking for someone handy that wants to become part of the team. I need someone motivated to continue to strive for new innovative products for all makes and models with me. If you have technical experience with lighting, even better, however I’m willing to train the right motivated individual.
-A Subaru/BMW owner would be ideal; however this is NOT a necessity.
-Must have strong multi-tasking skills, as well as having good organizational skills.
-You must be able to work Monday - Friday.
Hours? We can discuss that if you are interested, I have no set hours, I am flexible although there is work that needs to be done every day. This will NOT be a full time position, I’m really looking for someone that can work on a flexible basis about 15-25 hours per week.

Starting pay is $10/hour. No negotiation, although there is plenty of room for monetary compensation down the road if I find the right individual that can prove themselves worthy.

If you are interested, please email me at sales@lightwerkz.net

Thanks,

Caesar

For a part time position, I think starting pay at 10/hr is more then fair these days. There are people working for minimum wage, dont forget. I didnt realize that sitting down, working on custom projects, watching tv/listening to the radio is such a bad thing!

Ideally, I would need someone in the immediate area. Hours are very flexible, not really room for employees if they work a good distance away.
