freaking awesome, i love this getting skinnier ****, most of me gets smaller while *ahem* certain parts become a bit more prominant :P

well i was about 230 when i left for iraq, ideally id like to get down to the 180s and im six foot even.

well i'm gonna say you're makin great progress as long as you're doin it the right way. 180 for a 6' frame is about right.

I'm 6' and weigh 195lbs. I've lost about 10lbs this summer.

its tough to determine someones physical health just using height and weight. since muscle weighs tons more than fat, just by looking at numbers a shorter person weighing the same as someone considerably taller than them could be in much better shape. this is why BMI can bite me.
