I just got my car inspected. I came home from the shop and popped my hood to jsut take a look around. I found this sitting on my intake manifold. What is this?

and this cuz i was bored today putting the door panel molding on.

im not sure, but id return it if the shops not too far

i know i hate forgetting things in engine bays, going for a drive, and never seeing it again.

did it with a cell phone once. Idk why i even had my cell out while working on a car. Noob mistake a few years back.
