I am buying a car from someone up there and need to find a title/tag place that has a notary so I can get it back into PA. Does anybody know of one or can point me in the right direction of finding one online? I've done a couple searches and they both came up empty.

we don't do notaries in NJ. It's done at the DMV.

Drive or tow the car to PA and get it done there

Yeah, what he said. Either that, or leave the car where you're buying it until you get back in PA to get your tags.
