Using IsoBuster to convert MDS and MDF files..

Ok so I have this file, and I want to convert it to a .bin so I can burn it to a disc. I downloaded isobuster to convert it, but I have a question. Which one do I convert to a .bin to put onto the disc. Im new to this so please bear with me. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Usually you will want to convert the larger file (one may be 300MB, and the other will be 1Kb). Give it a try with one file, and see if you get the desired results before you go an run the process on the rest of the files.
